It’s Pumpkin Time!

So, this is how I feel about Fall:

I know that not everyone loves pumpkin, but I sure do. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is back at Starbucks. The other day I had a pumpkin pie shake at Sonic, and my mother-in-law made her first pumpkin pie of the season and I indulged in a slice. I thought I’d share my love of pumpkin-flavored things here and include some recipes to make your own pumpkin deliciousness at home!

Paula Deen Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Pumpkin pie is the quintessential Fall dessert, along with Pecan pie (which I didn’t fully learn to appreciate until I moved to the South). There are many recipes out there, but Paula Deen seems to know what she’s doing so I linked to her recipe.

Pumpkin Pie White Hot Chocolate

I’m sorry, but… Why is this not in my mouth right now? Seriously, this looks and sounds DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to try and make this.

Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip

This light, fluffy dip boasts only 102 calories per 1/2 cup serving. This definitely looks delicious, and like something I’d love to serve as a snack on Thanksgiving or for a Fall-themed wedding or party.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

To me, this is the mack daddy of pumpkin deliciousness. I anxiously await for these to come out at Starbucks every single year and when they do, the first sip is like a thing of beauty. Linked to the text under the picture is a homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte. The same taste for WAY less. As much as I love Starbucks & the Pumpkin Spice Latte, I definitely do not love the price. I will be trying this one this year!

Blue Moon Harvest Moon Pumpkin Ale

Okay, I don’t have a homemade recipe for this. I just really love this beer. I’m a fan of sampling and tasting new kinds of brews, and this one is by far one of my favorites. I love all of the Blue Moon seasonal ales, but I think the Pumpkin Ale is my favorite!

Are you crazy for pumpkin? What are some of your favorite recipes? Have you tried any of these? Comment below!
